About Qualifying

All new players are required to qualify. If for some reason you are not able to participate in the scheduled qualifying event you may submit a written request for an exemption which must include your playing history, tournament experience and scoring averages. Exemption requests will be granted following qualifying on a space available basis.
If you are on the Exempt List for Level II and would like to qualify for Level I you may elect to participate in the qualifying event. In addition, Level II Players who have two top three finishes during the summer season may be invited to move to Level I.

Who is required to qualify?

          1.  All new Players are required to qualify.  If you cannot participate in qualifying, see

              Exemption Requests procedure below.

          2.  If you participated in Level III (9-hole group) and want to move to an 18-hole group

               you are required to qualify.  Check the qualifying box AND 12-13 age group.

          3.  If you are not on the EXEMPT list for Level One, you may elect to qualify for one of                the available spots in Level One.  If you do not participate in qualifying, you will be                assigned to Level Two.

Who is NOT required to qualify?

           1.  EXEMPT Level One Players  (See Exempt List under Registration tab)

           2.  If you participated in Level II and are returning to Level II, you are not required to

                qualify.

           3.  If you are a returning player and elect to participate in Level III (9-hole) group you

                are not required to qualify.

Exemption Requests

If you are unable to participate in qualifying you may submit a written request with your application containing a written statement of the player's ability, scoring history, tournament experience and reason for exemption. Exemptions will be granted after qualifying on a space available basis.
