Registration Instructions

To register for the 2008 North Florida Junior Golf Foundation Summer Season Tour, please complete an application located on this website under applications and return it  along with a check for the appropriate fees to the Foundation at:

If the current season is your first North Florida Junior Golf Foundation season you must also provide proof of age by including a copy of your birth certificate.  The information on the application must be completed and signed by both entrant and a parent or guardian.  Registration forms for the 2008 Summer Season must be received no later than 5:00 pm Monday, April 28th, 2008.  No Phone or FAX entries will be accepted.  To be eligible for the summer 2008 Season you must be at least 10 years old by August 1, 2008 and not older than 18 and/or have not yet started university or college.  Your age on June 1st, 2008 will determine your age division for the entire summer season.

Players who are required to attend qualifying as a new player or to qualify for Level I will find their tee time in the tournament section of this website under tee times one week prior to the event.

Each week during the 2008 Summer Season, players will be responsible for finding their tee time online by Thursday prior to the next event.  Players who are given a tee time and fail to properly withdraw or show up for their tee time will be removed from the next event if there is no attempt to correct the matter.  Each week at registration players will have the opportunity to check and make any changes to their schedule if something changes.

Exempt players are required to register by the registration deadline set for the season.  If you do not register by the entry deadline you forfeit your exemption.  The spot held for you by your exemption will be released to general qualifying. 

The Foundation will continue to accept applications after the registration deadline on a space available basis in each age group.  Players registering after the deadline may submit their application and follow the exemption request instruction procedure Qualifying tab under Registration.  All players registering after the registration deadline will be assigned to Level II.
