General Policies

Right to Exempt:

The Board of Directos reservs the right to exempt any player due to circumstances, where a player may not be able to qualify. All requests for exemptions must be in writing and submitted with the player's application. Exemption request will be granted after qualifying.

Right to Reject:

The Board of Directors reserves the right to deny or revoke the right of any individual to participate, if in its sole discretion, the Foundation determines that the applicant's or participant's presence would impact adversely upon or be detrimental to the image of the Tour in any way, which is to include not only behavior but also score.

Dress Code:

All North Florida Junior Golf Foundation players are expected to dress properly at all times. This applies to anytime a player is on tournament property or attending a tournament function. No Jeans, cut-offs, running shorts, short shorts, tee shirts, tank tops, crop tops or tennis shoes are permitted. All facilities are Soft Spike only. All players are required to wear their shirt tucked-in and hat forward. The dress code applies to all players, male and female.

Financial Assistance:

The Foundation offers a limited number of Summer Season exemptions to those players whose families may be in need of financial help. Applications for financial exemptions may be requested by calling or emailing the Foundation. Requests for financial exemptions must be submitted with the player's application. All information submitted as part of the financial request will be considered confidential.

Payments & Refunds:

Payment is due at the time of application. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Full refunds will be made prior to qualifying.  There will be a $50.00 fee for any refund made after qualifying and prior to the first event.

No refunds will be made once regular season events commence.
